From concept to creation, there is no better feeling than constructing your dream home from the ground up. Our team will put together a comprehensive timeline detailing each phase of construction. This will help us keep your project on track and will keep you informed every step of the way.
Consultation
We will meet and consult with you at every phase during the building process. From size, budget, style and must have features, we use our time with you to gain a thorough understanding of your dream home. We listen closely to your needs in order to ensure we construct your dream home in the manner you envision it.
Architectural and Design
Once the budget is determined, we then proceed with the design. Here we start putting together your ideas with our proficient team of architects to deliver detailed plans and models to your specifications. Our goal is to design the efficient and effective home that you always dreamed of.
City Approvals
The architectural plans get submitted to the city for approval. Once approved, we will obtain approved plan on your behalf and we are ready to begin the journey you have been eagerly waiting for.
Build
From napkin illustrations to architectural drawings, we begin the building process where we finally get to execute the detailed design and construction plan. From the ground up, the building process moves rapidly but don’t worry, we will keep you informed every step of the way!
Inspections will be passed at the required stages in a timely manner. Walk-through schedules will be conducted at different phases of construction. Our job is to educate you and inform you every step of the way. To assure that time-line is being followed to the one originally planned. At last, for you to see the quality and craftsmanship that is implemented into your dream home.
Interior & Exterior Selection
Part of the building process is selecting the materials and finishing features that will be invested into your dream home. Our team will work with you and guide you during this substantial decision making process. We will suggest choices to your specifications and assure the home stays with-in budget. Once the designs are selected, we begin construction and eventually transforming your dream home into a wonderful masterpiece.
Completion
Once your project is complete, we will take you on an in-depth quality assurance walkthrough to demonstrate the new system in your home, in addition to discussing warranty and maintenance tips.
Customer Care
We provide 2-5-10 years warranty for all of our new construction projects. We are committed to you and stand behind all of our projects. After completion, we provide a mandatory one month, two months and six months follow-up for quality assurance and to address any concerns you might have.
